As the townspeople of Crosby, Maine grapple with their problems, mild and serious, Olive Kitteridge, an outspoken retired school math teacher, is brought to a deeper understanding of herself and her life – sometimes with pain but always with complete honesty. Olive Kitteridge offers deep insight into the human condition - its conflicts, tragedies and joys, and the endurance it requires.
