The Birmingham Bloomfield Newcomers Club (BBNC) celebrated 60 years of friendship in spring 2008 and was established as a way of helping newcomers make friends, feel at home and explore the area. It is a Non-Profit Organization.

We have more than 200 members from all over the world (Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Great Britain,  Japan, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, USA etc.).

There are annual events thoughout the year to bring all members together. Small groups meet more frequently to tour the area, play sports, share cultures, enjoy couples' nights out, meet for lunch, organize playgroups for moms with young children and much more. 

Through these activities we share the excitement and sometimes the frustration that comes with relocation, either cross-country or cross-continents.

There are no strangers here - just friends who have never met.
